I was disappointed when I found out that Diddy kong was kicked out as a playable character, and Donkey Kong MIA for the SECOND time in a row. :( I lost the "donkey kong" feel to the game because you only get to see him at the very end of the game, which is fairly lacking in the meaning of the game's title, and Dixie getting all the attention IMO. just respect my opinion and I can respect yours please.

The Donkey Kong game series on the SNES, are one of the greatest trilogys ever made. In my opinion DKC1 was the best as it revolutionasied the game industry then and still influences it now. The graphics, gameplay, audio and original stories were truely remarkable for the mid 90's, i still love playing them now and im nearly 18. As a kid these games rocked your souls, and for years upon years of gameplay they still do.
DKC1 will always be one of my best games ever played if not the best!
