here's part 2:
Devon's P.O.V. (cont'd) "Haha yeah. And field day last year was awesome!" I said.
"We totally dominated! We were totally the best!" Sara said.
"Well, duh! And English last year, which was nothing more than movies and parties the whole year" I said laughing.
"Oh, and our pizza party freshman year in math. Now that was awesome!" Sara added.
"Our semi-annual study sessions were awesome too. I'm pretty sure we always ate too much food then," I said.
"Chem experiments," Sara said and that made us start laughing again.
"Playing with the Magic Word Box," Sam added laughing some more.
"And left-handed writing and driving down a one-way street the wrong way," I added.
"Ladies and Gentleman, high school was OUTSTANDING!" Sam said as we all burst out into laughter.
"Except for physics," Sara said and we all shuddered just thinking about physics.
We finished our food and drove back to my house. We tried to go to bed somewhat early so that we wouldn't be totally dead when we woke up early for our flight the next morning, but we were all so excited. Tomorrow we were going to be in England!
Joe's P.O.V.
I got to sleep in the next day, which I was really happy about. By the time I woke up the girls had been gone for a while. I went and had breakfast and then Kevin, Nick, and I decided to go golfing before we went home to pack. We got to the golf course and started playing. A few holes in when it was my I hit the ball off the tee and we all watched the ball as it headed toward an old man standing a ways away. We all started to yell something to him, but it was too late. The ball hit him right on the head.
"Watch where you're hitting the ball!" he yelled at us.
"Sorry!" I said and then we all burst out laughing and continued our game.
On the next hole Kevin went to hit the ball lightly, but overestimated his power and the ball ended up hitting the same old man, this time in the butt.
"Jeez! Watch it or I'll get you kicked out!" he yelled at us.
"Sorry," Kevin said and again we all started laughing and the old man turned around to his game mumbling and complaining to himself.
"Nick, it's your turn to hit the old man," I said on the next hole.
"I'll try," Nick responded. Nick took his stance carefully aiming his shot. Nick hit the ball and it hit the old man perfectly in the back and we all hid behind trees laughing.
"Please stop hitting me you hooligans!" he yelled at us, but it looked like he was yelling to no one, which made us laugh even harder.
"Sorry," Nick said from behind the tree.
"Stupid kids," we heard him say and watched him leave, probably not wanting to stay and take the chance of getting hit again.
We finished our game and returned to the hotel, where soon after we left to go to our house, which was not far. We packed most of our stuff for the tour and went to bed. The next morning we finished packing and got on a plane to Hartford later in the afternoon. The next day we had the whole day to spend in Hartford since we would be meeting the girls early the next morning at the airport to start our tour. There's not much to do in Hartford, but my mom wanted to go to this art museum so we went there for a couple of hours.
"This is boring," I whispered to Kevin and Nick while we were at the museum.
"It wasn't bad for the first half hour, but now I'm tired of looking at paintings," Nick commented.
"I know what you mean," Kevin said, but we all knew better than to ask our mom when we were leaving.
"Finally!" we all whispered when my mom told us she was ready to go.
"What did you say?" she asked us.
"Nothing," we replied.
We went back to the hotel and watched movies for the rest of the day. We attempted to go to bed fairly early, but everyone knows how well that always works. We all got a little hyper and excited that by this time tomorrow we would be in England starting our international tour. After a while we finally were able to get some sleep.
so the radio station i listen to has the top 101 songs of 2008 and JB had 3 songs: 100. Lovebug 88. WYLMITE 77. Burnin' Up :)
