Cattle Call

Every culture produces its own form of extreme language. In Manitoba, it might be said that the masters of extreme speech are Livestock Auctioneers. This film approaches auctioneering as a spoken word art form, with its remarkable rhythm and energy, the high-speed chaos, driving towards a verbal supernova.

Premiered at the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival and screened at Sundance in 2009.
