David Foster & Guests - WHITE CHRISTMAS (CD Audio) (1993 TV Special)

David Foster & Guests (Johnny Mathis, Wynonna, Tom Jones, Michael Crawford, CeCe & BeBe Winans, Vanessa Williams, Peabo Bryson) sing "White Christmas" at the conclusion of the TV special "David Foster's Christmas Album" (NBC, December 10, 1993).

This song is from David Foster's Christmas CD, which features an all-star cast singing some of the best Christmas music of the 1990s:

Problem: On the CD version of this song, Natalie Cole, Roberta Flack, Celine Dion & Tammy Wynette were part of the group and sang some lines. But they were unavailable for the TV taping, and the remaining singers sang their parts on the TV broadcast. However, since I am using the CD audio here, this results in some amusing visuals, such as:

--Natalie Cole's voice coming out of Johnny Mathis & CeCe Winans
--Roberta Flack's voice coming out of Vanessa Williams
--Celine Dion's voice coming out of Michael Crawford & David Foster
--Tammy Wynette's voice coming out of Wynonna.

Despite these offbeat moments, I believe the video is still fun to watch and the original harmonies are worth hearing.

Mike's 2nd solo at 2:45 is perfect. His 1st solo at 1:14 is off. For a god like Mike, that is uncalled for!
