when i purge i would feel scared of not getting all the food out at first, but then i would save a bit in my stomach and be proud of having "control" (by keep some in my stomach)

A slip can be a learning experience if you let it be.
DO NOT beat yourself up over a slip.
-
ever thought possibly you just got a tummy ache from eating gross McDonalds?
-
VVV throwing up really does ruin your teeth. Mine are all eroded(?) at the bottom
-
how do you just puke, because i know people stick their fingers down throat but i kinda want to know because my friend does this.
-
@ClearUncertainty also throwing up damages your teeth really badly so im glad that you're at least trying
-
you're so prettty !

stay away from mcdonalds. that is not real food. it is designed to keep you hungry and keep you coming back.

r u anerexic
after you purged you didn't feel as guilty as you expected so you were relieved, but you were a little worried that you'd make it a habit again because it WAS so easy
right?

So relatable! Did you find it helpful to keep this blog to confront yourself? I love how honest you are! But my question actually is: do you recommand people who also try to recover to keep some sort of blog, just to keep them motivated?

@Mrmiep1 i think it was helpful...having to blog my progress to the public was motivating. but it depends on the person & if they're comfortable putting themselves out there & having the possibility of having people who know you, see your face or hear your voice & learn your story... =)

its ok just pick up where you left off =) i know wen i fck up i always use it as an excuse to spiral back into purging/restricting but im tryna learn how to just say its ok and go back to doing the right thing

@blaqqirlwithaned yeah...i had to view it as a slip and not a relapse. Im trying to give up that all or nothing mentality
