Until I learned Steve Buscemi's name I always referred to him as the rat-faced guy. He really looks like he ought to have a long naked tail.

@ibycoolboy Good question sir, i'd really like to know that myself. It was probly someone who actually works at a parking garage and has that same job as the dude in the movie. just a thought.
