@ssjgotenks2009 Actually there are some rules even if it is you video/music/photo.
For example: you make a video about you and your friends in a club/pub drinking beers or joking or anything you like [it's yours right?you pressed the red "REC" button and film it. so you have the right to upload it on youtube to share with your friends from Germany] well they can remove it if the background music is not yours. [yep... and a pay check too]
So as i said ACTA it's a way to control the internet.
