before toning or coloring hair!!!!!

in my last videos i didnt mention that before coloring or toning hair you should always perform a patch test !!!

mix 1 part dye/toner 2 parts developer

apply with cotton swab or cotton ball to washed area

leave in for 48 hours

-if you experience swelling, itching, burning, etc., WASH out and that means you shouldnt use the toner or dye!!!

I bleached my hair 3 times D': but its still looks yellow blonde and a few bright blonde spots,, do i have to use a toner to make it look platinum or am i going to have to bleach it again then toner?? ;-;

@daizudye i would just tone. see how that works, if its still too yellow, i'd wait a couple of weeks, use reconstructors, get my hair back to a healthier stage, then maybe lighten slightly... but im sure toner will do

So after your roots regrow, do you bleach and use the toner again OR do you use a dye after the toner

toner wont work until your hair is the color of the inside of a banana

@MakeupNailsx3 yeah, you need to decolorize to a pale yellow stage for the 323D to take effect.

if your hair is colored that orange coppery, you might wanna strip that color off first, if itsbleached to that stage, bleach once more witha 30 vol. , reach pale yellow, then tone

0o0o my hair is orange coppery and I'm trying the 323 toner it didn't work the first try

I guess i had to get the 7th stage creme hair lightener and mix it with 20 developer to reach the color i want THEN after I use the 323 toner?? :)
