I was there too. 3.rd row on the right. I love Whiskey Falls. Too bad that was about the last time you heard anything from them. I was hoping they would hit it big.

That chick singing the "tenor part" is flat throughout the song. Listen to the way her pitch drops off at the end of the phrases. Even someone who is not a professional musician would know that.

I listened to both versions. Those girls
sang circles around the guys. This is a perfect example of what happens when you try
to force it and oversing a song. They tried to
sledge hammer it and as a result-over half of the song was screamed instead of being sung.
They missed every note between 1:00 and 1:08.
You must have gotten carried away by the clapping and stomping and lost sight of the
vocals. Sorry, but those girls took them to the woodshed. A professional musican would
know.

i totally agree, these guys have really got something special. the girls on the other hand, they know what they're doing, but they don't have that extra little something that really makes you go WOW.

I listened to both and the Whiskey Falls version is much better to me. Just my opinion and tonight is the first time I have listened to either one of them. Oh, and I have been a professional musician for 34 years.
