in my dojo we do 2 hours of keiko, I think it is a little wrost

i competed in a tachigiri shiai two weeks ago but ours was only two hours long. The kakari players where mostly kyu level players but it left me absolutely knackered. If i was facing these guys id say id be in a heap on the ground screaming yame lol
