Now as I stated before concerning the ancient scriptures (included & excluded):

Viewing these text from the perspective of the oppressor will ensure perpetual blindness... This is how one comes to the conclusion that these text are nothing more than allegory and teachings.

Not quite, Sis. I was simply commenting because I can.

Granted, the bible and it's missing books are great allegories and teachings, however I'm just saying that the bible is not all-inclusive, nor the end-all and be-all when it comes to wisdom, prophecy, etc.

Nor am I inferring that you suggested it is; Imma just sayin'

Also Big Mama is now 35-45 years old and hasn't lived enough, because she more than likely have been running from her own mistakes so much that she never realized to become an elder is to confront and to impart the wisdom learned from all parts of their journey in life.

I think every family needs to require a status check on their foundation. A reality check on who is leading and setting standards. Is there a collective goal. It seems like an impossible task, but it has to happen in some way

That sense of foundation is all but deteriorated at this point for the Black Family. The US culture is largely anti-family. Yes we maintain a surface type of fascination with being family oriented, because to be in tune with family historically helps identify with our humanity. But! This country is fueled by dysfunction. What intelligent species would promote violence, hyper-sexuality, and material make up over mental?

The Ancient texts of scriptures both included and excluded from the modern day "bible" tell of a whole lot more than just our plight. It is more geometric in its codex. That's why you can go back and read something and see something new.

Now, there are many codes that tell us why we ended up like this and how we're coming out. The sad thing, is that not everyone can make it - because not everyone will see or accept it.

Our "plight" goes back much farther than bible plagiary will ever be able to tell you, Sis.

Our plight was documented 4500 years ago in the bible. What do you see in Deut 28:15-68??

The African and Arabs know who we really are - (clue: it's not African)...

This is why there was no "rescue" mission EVER to come get us.
