My cairn acts exactly like this. Especially when I blow bubbles outside. He starts in if I don't blow them fast enough. He was the only dog I knew of that made those growly sounds when he's playing. After seeing these other cairn videos, I know now that's the breed. They really are great family members fully of energy and entertainment.

My cairn "Bailey" makes the same noises when he wants to play. I never heard anything like till I started searching other cairn videos

She sounds just like my Kiwi did, it is adorable! They are so eager for something to happen! Mine died at 15, miss her so! But on the other hand, it is impossible to meet a Cairn and not want to say hello, makes my day every time that happens!

Aww she makes the same "Bruce Lee noises" that my Cairn used to make. Thanks for posting, I miss my little Hobbes. He died at age 14. I want another one so badly!
