I found this http://www.cs.rhul.ac.uk/~adrian/timekeeping/galileo/pinwheel_lego.html while trying to build a clock work escapement and not having great luck. I was able to incorporate it to fit what I had. It is based on Galileo's design. Here is mine running. See the post at deadgekko.com
