I so wanna read this book! I read "Extremely Loud..." and absolutely loved it, and I've watched the "everything is illuminated" movie and it probably is my second favorite movie ever, so I'm really thinking about reading it a.s.a.p!

I dont understand people who dont get that plotline... its amazing, and, you know, easy to follow. they're just lazy!
You dont haooen to have any othe books you could recommend me which are as good as his do you? I read his wife's book, "the history of love", and that was also really lovely =D

this is completely the best book ever written (granted, i havent read *every* book, but i cant imagine anything better than this!)
you can't skip hat plot line! it has some of the most beautiful ideas in it... like the sadnesses and the love though the hole... its the best part :D
oooh and the scene where the potato falls on the floor, i couldnt stop laughing. much better than the film (also good)

Of course! I love that book too, Jonathan Safran Foer is my favorite person ever =D
And oh I completely agree about not skipping that plot line, but most of the people I've recommended that book to stopped reading it because the didn't get it (?). So... anything to get the people reading!
