Leicester's politicians have consistently failed to deal with the litter problem in St Peters , Highfields, Leicester for over a decade or more.

Now the St Peters Neighbourhood Management Board are calling Leicester city Council and the local elected officials to account for this neglect and totally backward and unacceptable standard.

When the £350 million Highcross Leicester, the new riverside quarter and the £60 million performing arts centre are built please don't be mislead into believing that you are seeing the real Leicester as you are not. You are only seeing the city centre that LCC want you to see.
