Fighting war is a responsibility of the government. Bailing people out of a natural disaster is not. Charities should take care of people after natural disasters.

compared to other western countries they do! maybe in your big castle in rich ass land they don't but if millions are working 2 jobs and still don't have health insurance. and a great job your government is doing! as your rape rate is only increasing! and i can admit, that's a flaw those countries posses! but those are way fewer victims then all the innocent people the US killed in their search for oil! making the flaw not less something to regret.

China is no where near modernity. Yes their economy is booming, but they still have many problems that America has already solved, like human rights issues. And why do you keep bringing up the CO2 issue? what does that have anything to do with this conversation?

you wish US was the most advanced but it's not! by far! but no one would doubt that because of the latest break down of the American economy! and it's practically proven that Americans are friggin stupid (and just fat!) and if they had even an ounce of brain they'd know where the hell they live on the world! any who: the fact that china, the country with practically the fastest growing economy and the country with the biggest population is emitting less CO2 then America, is quite disturbing

Yes we do emit a lot of CO2. We are the most advanced country in the world and require the most energy. But what does CO2 emissions have to do with America not being great?

How is it the government's responsibility to send help to area's affected by natural disasters? As far as Mexicans working here illegally, they are breaking the law and deserve to be treated like criminals.  Also, where do you get the data for the US having the poorest people? I seriously doubt the US has a poverty problem. As far as rapes, our women are not afraid of reporting rape; unlike other countries that accuse the woman who was raped of adultery then kill her.
