@isaacu we were refferring to plugging the MTP (or MPO) 12 fiber connector into a patch panel. The active equipment would reside in the equipment cabinet, typically in a duplex LC format. The MTP is projected to be used on the active side at 40/100G speeds. I hope that answers your question?
MTPs? or did you mean UTPs... Am I missing some kind of active component in this demonstration?
