my lizard jumping

my two lizards, Selma (the big one) and Jub Jub (the little one). they are western fence lizards. jub jub is jumping trying to jump onto the screen so can be right under the lamp. he usually makes it after a couple of tries.

what ttype of heat lamps do they need?

i left a bowl of water but only once saw him drink anything. just put a wet papertowl in with the crickets before u feed them and the lizard can get its moisture from it. they also need a place to hide. search google for western fence lizard care sheet

if its really that small, you can start it off on flightless fruit flies. once its a little bigger you can move up to small crickets... both are available at petco/petsmart. the general rule is whatever they eat has to be smaller than the width between their eyes.

lol mi frend stepped on ones tail on accident and its fell of and freaked erybody out then it tried to attack mi frend that jus came up den he ran away cuz he got freak out....lmao very funny...the lizard got away safely it was all in accident XD

I think that is so cute...I caught one on my railing at my house during the early winter. I love this sweet lilttle guy. I would like to get another one so they can mate. Do all pet stores have them? I see the their lifespan is only 3 years, which made me feel sad. I seen my lizard jumping and thought that was so cute I realize he/she is looking to get close to the light I put on top of the screen. ...my lizard makes me smile..I am happy he/she came to visit me.

yeah i just got a western fence lizard yesterday hes named spike cuz his scales r like spikes. he wont drink i misted the walls like u would with an anole i put some water in a little cup i cut but he wont drink!
