Bottom line its just snother gimmick. Cotton balls with vaseline work just as well. Even mix in a little melted wax. Phenominal fire starter. Nice thought thought.

@NKGMAN PJ and cotton balls? Yep they do work great, extremely messy though and you better prepare them before you go out or your cotton balls won't be waterproof. Make sure you plan ahead for that emergency situation when you need fire now. Call it a gimmick if you want but they work and they work better than PJ and cotton balls.

what i meant is if you left all the pads in the can of course you will get a longer burn time. look at the depth of the can i know the pad is not that thick.

Those individual alcohol pads work just as good and a lot lot cheaper, i can tell you a hundred other ways. It looks like you left all the pads in it while you lit it. WHY! trying to deceive people
