I wanted to thank you for putting this Video on You Tube. I have just received my Imagine and a Gypsy and am astonished that Provo has so little information available. Until I found the videos on You Tube I was ready to box it all up and ship it back!!! Now I feel that there is a community out there I can listen to and learn.

My question is this.....The George Cartridge....are you saying that it is hooked up to the Gypsy AND the Imagine in order to download updates and load to Gypsy? GB

Do you have to download and update your Gypsy before you can load your cartridges? I think that's what I understood from your video. How long did it take for this process to complete. I tried downloading mine and it wouldn't finish. Did it anyone else have this happen?
