I thought Stars farewell speech was actually very professional and well said. I dont understand why Barbara said the things she did. Star didnt insult anyone, the show or ABC... A little harsh me thinks.

They basically fired her twice by not allowing her to finish out the season. The dignity she had, was the dignity she took. She could have said a lot more when she made her announcement, but instead she took the high road and thanked everyone, including that evil troll of a witch sitting to her right. I don't like Star much more than I like Barbara, but out of the two, Star was the one who behaved with class.
