  • EXCELLENT LIFTING. WHAT DO YOU AT AVERAGE BROZ GYM THINK OF CROSSFIT?

  • @jackintheboxoffire I feel no different then I did 5+ yrs ago when asked for the first time:

anytime someones level of awareness is raised they make better decisions. Crossfit brings everyday people's awareness of the classic lifts higher which can only be a + for the sport of Olympic Lifting. More people are beginning to understand how difficult the lifts are, appreciate them and support our National Team more.

  • I know you have probably been asked this question a million times but i was wondering to what frequency do you train each exercise, for example squats...is it every other day? twice a week? once a week? greatly appreciate the feedback lads!

  • @walklikeachampion squats = 10-14x /week

  • Broz, I was just wondering if any more videos of Pat Mendes will be coming out. Im not sure if you answered this before and sorry if you have.

  • @zeppelin0814 hopefully soon - but for sure the vid from Nationals next month will have him.

  • @BeaverThaBeast After you are done sucking down that quart of Haterade, go read the IWF rule book. If you would have said that they don't count because he didn't jerk it, then you might have a valid argument.

  • FOR FUCK'S SAKE, READ THE OTHER COMMENTS, HE HAS ANSWERED WHY ROB LIFTS IT 2CM OFF THE GROUND BEFORE EACH REP AT LEAST 15 TIMES BY NOW.

  • @BeaverThaBeast As long as the bar doesn't go past his knees it's okay to do that.

  • dam, strong as satan!

  • @cobrastatus are you some kind of bodyguard?....mind your own business......im almost sure you dont even know broz.....and if you dont know him the only one you should mind is yourself..........

  • nice

  • Hey Broz, I am relatively new weightlifter. I watched the interview you did saying to start with the power variations first 3-4 days a week, then every day, then 12 times a week, then full lifts 3 times a week, then full every day, etc. When should I be squatting during these times? Im at the point of training where I am doing the power variations everyday and I must say it's a blast and im gaining to much strength. Over training really is being a pansy, other countries have it right.

  • hoping this isn't a stupid question: what are your thoughts on triple extension vs. flat-footed second pull? Do your lifters get on the balls of their feet? Sorry, it's just hard to tell from the video. Thanks!
