Creed - My Sacrifice - Acoustic Cover

I cannot play and sing this song using the original chords so I did it with my own version. The chords I used for the stanzas are : D-Bm-G, for the chorus: D-A-Bm-G. Hope you guys like it. Comment me. This is my first attempt. Any adviceon how to improve sound recording on a computer?
