Red Dead Redemption flying/Superman glitch

Red Dead Redemption Superman glitch done with dynamite. Instructions:

1) Go to location shown

2) Equip dynamite (unlocked at lvl 15?)

3) Press RB to take cover against wood in location shown (you may need to do this more than once)

4) Just as you take off, press LT to cook off dynamite

5) Wait for explosion

6) Fly!
