  • Great details; one suggestion on the standing rear sweep- do not come up straight into the mount but use a angled approach with the hip heist method to mount. This will increase success and allow for armbars.

  • Great video, very helpful for a white belt like me. I was rolling this past week with another white belt. We were at a stallmate for about 5 mintues. I had him stuck in full guard. I knew some of these sweeps but just wasn't able to execute. By watching your video I see alot of things that were wrong with my technique and why I wasn't able to prevail. I'm looking forward to my next session to see if I can correct some of these things.
