Sounds like he’s saying leave it up to synchronicity (meaningful coincidence) and love at first sight. Whether Heaven sent or of a different nature of the phenomena, in my book, is up for debate -- but it sounds like there may be something to it. I’d love to see some statistics for something like the divorce rate for people meeting at church as well as different places and ways. Also, I can’t account for meeting someone by accident only to end in failure (learning experiences???).
I agree that Christians should not marry non-believers but I disagree that people can't marry others from different nationalities and cultures. I know many interracial marriages that are successful because both parties are committed and devoted to Christ.
What a nutcase, I've been with my girlfriend for a long time. She's a Christian and I'm an Atheist, we both have conflicting views, but we are happy together, we've been happy together for a long time. It's people like this that create that twisted mentality.
true there is more to it and we can still look but make sure that we are in a fruitful relationship with God first and that he is leading not your lust or emotions
Two things plague human beings: loneliness and the never-ending pursuit of happiness. Thankfully, God has a cure for both! Elijah's advice is wise and I speak from experience. I made some of the relationship mistakes he mentions and I paid a high price... AVOID THE PAIN... do it God's way.

I agree with the bible teachings. Let God's will be done. But the point about different nationalities, I don't agree. God created all people.
