mccain is the same as bush, votes 90% the time with him and bushs approval rating is around 30%. the reason the democratic congress has such a low rating is because they can't do anything when bush can veto whatever he wants, and the dems cant stop the war which is why they were voted in without simply cutting the funds and putting troops in a bad position

The Obama campaign keeps on connecting John McCain with George Bush. Yet, George Bush's approval rating is noticeably higher than the approval rating of the Democrat lead Congress. Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are the poster people of incompetence.
