Being homeless is lonely and disheartening—especially at Christmas. With your help, we bring the comfort of community and a hot meal to those who need it most.
Today's homeless population includes children, women and men. People become homeless many different ways; however, the most common reasons are "inability to pay rent (53%), conflict or abuse (26%), alcohol or drug use problems (8%)."

It's like why aren't we all spending our Christmas together with our community. So many people are closed in their houses and disconnected, seems sad.

Wonderful video. God Bless you and your work. Our church ACTS team just put together 400 gifts for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen for Christmas. Each bag included soap, lip balm, shampoo, a comb, tooth paste, tooth brush, socks, deodorant, Q tips, and a bag of holiday candy. It is very gratifying to help others.

A tender reminder to all of us to remember and give back to those who remind us hunger is all around us.

Have been homeless most of this year. I just look at it as camping. Nice and warm here though!
