She is singing a song "Chinna Chinna Aasai" from a Tamil movie "Roja". The movie also had a hindi version and the song in that version is called "Chhoti Si Asha".
Enjoy both the versions if you're interested in Indian music. As someone as rightly said, music has no boundaries.
