@kathyelam2014 yes they are, the main stream church is. I know this because thyey have helpped me out so much with rent and food and even gave my little girl a brand new bed. theey have helped with christmas and paid my rent when I was out of work. they have always been there for the members. IDK about the fundamentalests, they are not the same. but the main stream church is. if your not a member that may be why they dont help you. so shut up about what you dont understand

It's just hard to feel sorry for these women...this is JUST sick...If women... WOMEN want to do this than fine...BUT these men want "girls"/teens to train into this life style for life. I can't cry for these women...only the girls who are made to believe this BS and are trapped into being girls brides having babies...and all they have to do is step out of line...get excommunicated and the tears flow...COME ON!! :((

@MrsPoodle78 the lds church has a wonderful welfare system. the church takes care of its own. they have store houses of ffod, clothing, they help with rent, they are very giving to their members.

As my heart is breaking for this woman, I can't imagine the little children who lost their mother to cancer and then LOST the sister wife who was raising them. How are they supposed to survive emotionally?

This woman and family has gone through a living hell. Do the FLDS honestly think that the "real hell" could be any worse? This is heartbreaking; the destruction of human spirits, souls, and bodies. Please, I hope to God that this abuse, child rape, stops!
