somalia has a civil war since 1999 there are many splited countries there now
and of course it began by US then when the civil war end Ethiopia enter somalia and leave it in civil war again

Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) places the percentage of the women in Somalia who have undergone this procedure at 90-98%. Type III is the excision all of the external genitalia and stitching or narrowing of the vaginal opening to the size of a matchstick. The girls born into ex-pat Somali populations will almost certainly have this mutilation done to them.

@elmahdy3 So you don't see a problem with Sharia which is specifically aimed at reducing Muslim women to slavery. A legal system in which a raped woman is guilty of 'adultery' and flogged, a cult in which child molestation is normal. Somalis carry out genital mutilation on the girls as prescribed by strict Sharia. Muslim women are the most oppressed people in the world. That's why they ALL have to dress to hide the extent of the injuries suffered by so many of them throughout their 'community'.

Enforced by threats, beatings, floggings, mutilation, maiming, death by stoning, beheading and any manner of means. Unsurprisingly, ALL Muslim women are obliged to cover themselves from head to toe, to hide the many injuries, clipped ears, broken bodies and smashed faces. FGM is standard practise for Somalis.
