Police Abuse and Attack Threat to Break Door Down When No Orders Exist in Peoria Arizona

A group of citizens in Arizona is interested to know what the opinions of real people and genuine souls would be concerning recently published videos of severe police abuse and political attacks going on in Arizona. This is happening while Senator John McCain is running for president and there are direct ties to McCain in collateral issues that include written contacts with McCain and the subjects in the videos protesting his associated Malfeasance as Senator of Arizona. There is substance to the allegations and too much coincidence as another case in California also has McCain directly connected to a "Gestapo" appearing a mans door after he contacts McCain's people regarding the murder of his mother at Boswell Hospital in Sun City Arizona. The incidents in California were also made known and published on youtube. In the California case, the police unlawfully held a 13 year old girl, prisoner while attempting to lure the man from his home. In both cases, it starts with contacting McCain for help in covering up malpractice and systemic murder in Arizona and finding almost immediate attacks against those speaking out that is thwarted by the fact of videotaping the ambush, assaults and affronts made against citizens with the courage to stand up against corruption and such associated malfeasance. The question is to what severe extent these cases demonstrate liability on the City(s) involved, the counties and the State. In Bivins vs. Six Unknown Agents (case law) the obvious invasions there are evident and attributed to perhaps mistake. In these now current examples of intentional invasion, the matters are clearly "torts" and unlike any other period in time, since Rodney King, the public has the power of documented video and the ability to publish through such medium as youtube.com and put this harsh reality of abuse under "color of authority" and blatant abuse of power "under color of law" into the public eye like never before. No warrant and no legal authority whatsoever as confirmed by Karen Westover of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. See the video of her recorded call and the fax she sent stating she is willing to speak to the Peoria Arizona Police Chief with the victims directly, however, The Larry Ratcliff, Police Chief fails to return calls and aparently could care less about accountability in his department or his own responsibility to reply.

Well, assuming they have no warrant, and it wasn't an issue of extremes (they are chasing someone into the house), they have no legal authority to be on the property without permission.

Since they didn't leave when asked, it's trespassing. Sue them individually, and the police district along with the state for violation of various rights including 4th amendment.

**NEVER** talk to the police, and never open your door unless they have a warrant signed by a judge.

#1- no need so much power to perform the police work, so REDUCE THEIR POWER.

#2- need to do hard laws for bad cops like they do for "bad"people.

#3- one little mistake and FIRED.

only let them work in police for a few years, whit the time, they get frustrated and start to corrupt themselves and others.

#4 teaching children about their rights in school, in a complete way.

#5 make the people better whit social programs. They are poor because the system need people being poor to work.

Law enforcement in AZ is out of control. Feds have instructed Sheriff Joe to stop racial profiles, and he has openly dis obeyed that Fedral order to do so. Judges as well as Police ect do as they please, whenever/where ever they want State statutes go out the window. The U.S. Dept of justice needs to sweep in and clean up the courruption there before someone gets killed for nothing more then not wearing a seat belt next
