Yeah its sooo complicated. He makes credit, EASY credit available. The likes of which humankind has rarely seen - DURING ONE OF THE LARGEST ECONOMIC BOONS OF MANKINDS HISTORY! I DO know what I'm talking about. This is what I do for a living. Greenspan KNEW he was risking the future. He's admitted to that. If you have ANY background in economics lower interest rates to that area and then try to act as if your SURPRISED that credit agencies extend credit to people that shouldn't have it? Plz

you're right! hey, maybe you should apply to become fed chairman! i'm sure you'd do a much better job! but then again your argument (or lack there of) doesn't come off as to intelligent does it? in fact, aside from making up a silly, little pun what do you really have to contribute to the topic? have you ever taken a post-secondary school economics course or is your comment solely based on emotion?

the consumer who drives our economy is still spending like drunken sailors which proves the subprime mess is a contrivance invented by the cheap money pimps and whores to rob regular people of a decent return on their FDIC bank deposits and enrich wall st parasites.

Everything is true except the facts ,empty repossessed houses should be knocked down to ensure the future delivery of unafordable housing with an unafordable mortgage that will allow all those exra charges for missed payments etc .
