Is Offshore Drilling Worth the Risk?

In the wake of the tragic Gulf oil spill, people have been calling for a movement away from oil for our energy use. However, there is a tradeoff involved in restricting domestic oil production. Kish highlights the impacts of these tradeoffs, including job losses, higher gas prices, and increases in oil imports from foreign countries.
