Mirza Asadullah Baig Khan was a renowned classical Urdu and Persian poet of the subcontinent. Most notably, he wrote several ghazals during his life, which have since been interpreted and sung in many different ways by different people. He is considered to be the most dominating poet of the Urdu language.

  • A Great and perfect creation in Doordershan. I was watching this drama when i got crqze in RD's songs. Idont know how to compare both. Kishore kumar gee's amar prem chingari might be fight with Bazicha e Atfaal Hai Duniya Mere Aage.

  • @volcanictruth yes it true, some of his unpublished work was brunt during 1947 undersupervision of Mahatma GHANDI, in Dehli and Hyderabad daccan, every housewith Urdu name plate was set to fire, nearly all the Urdu books of libraries were set to fire, inculding Ghalib unpublished,unsaved poetry.
