I'll give it to you straight (no pun intended). For me, DANYL is the new standard in popular (or non-classical) singing. He has displaced my other favorites for the No.1 spot.

lol, I think Danyl's performance was half n half (no pun intended), first half was a bit shaky but the ending was fantastic, whereas I thought Joe nailed the song all the way thru. We shall See. Bring on week 2 :-)
