I am sorry i did not watch the whole video but now i just see he made some other recipies too ..
You must be kidding me ...
He is using only 100% complete sauses .. where is the fishsauce , Soya and Oyster sause ... where is the sugar and lemon ...... how can he cook based on real taste .... just like the real inbound thai do....?? This is why in the west they are killing the real taste
