@ Vergiebabie I'm sorry that u feel that way but u r wrong Sister2Sister did do a piece on her and so did Jet magazine if u read Black magazines. I know that Ebony and Essense most likely did one too! So check it out do ur research before u starting blasting BET, TVONE, CENTRIC. BET and CENTRIC is own by the same people so they run that same programs. Tina Marie was a white woman in her skin but she was a black woman w/soul in her heart!!!

@vergiebabie I totally feel you. I'm still crying daily over her passing, but I know that she was a gift from God who was sent here to not only bring black and white together, but to tell the world, just as Nancy Wilson did, that Black is Beautiful. She was a true Christian and her art will live on forever, irregardless of the fact that the "industry" didn't give her the props she was due. She knew us true fans/friends LOVED her, and now we have Alia Rose to carry on the torch. :)

I have to agree i was shocked that no video channels did anything like play her videos or music. I'm still broken up about her passing :( RIP Teena Marie your voice has been set free to sing to the heavens now, love you
