@thinkfaster no think they just turn a blind eye to it,haven't been on the actual community board on Ebay? Namely the reason you cannot find too much imformation is that as soon as it is posted it gets pulled by Liveworld,cannot have the public knowing the real truth what better way.Even "Griff" has had people thrown off for simple questions persay PayPal & Ebay not releasing funds when they should,but that is another subject ie: embezzlement via PayPal..............

I saw that. lol Looks like a fluff piece, & I have to wonder the backstory there. That is a complete 180 turnaround. NRF published scathing reports, which although not specifically mentioning ebaY it was easily subsumed eb was the subject for the most part. eb also spent considerable time, money & effort lobbying against the NTF supported bill(s)
Let's hope this is something good. But I see no teeth there, just PR.

you know Cap I asked that question on the Ebay PayPal board and it drew alot of pro-PayPal trolls out the woodwork,mainly 'Sandyprunis" who claims she is just there to "help"? her along with a few others are very questionable and perhaps have ties to Liveworld and or PayPal themselves.

@cappnonymous well Cap even when I was a temp with the company I got hired by through the agency I had to abide by all the rules just like a fully employed person represing the company,that "exuse" doesn't cut it,that are acting agents of the company they represent.

There were just some new ftc guidlines last fall. IMO, they are breaking the law. With everything else we have found to be fake with ebaY & PP, what next? Fake chargebacks? secret shoppers, DSR bashers'? Remember talk of the "San Jose connection" w regards to the feedback extortion ring?
Bottom line: ebay is run like a cheap & dirty rigged carnival sideshow
