no this is all wrong why do they always ruin the movie!! why cant they keep it the same as the book.

Welcome to the life of hollywood film writers. If you notice when they make a movie out of a book, it book is always better. And the reason they get away with it is by using the words "Based on the book by".

I like this movie and the others like it. I'm not dissing them. But I do prefer books to movies any day of the week.

They have to change every damn detail...They could have at least made the characters a little good looking! It's so damn hard to watch this movie.

@nlmoviefan That's "Northern Exposure" and yes, that's Chris "In The Morning" Stevens. "Exposer" sounds like a felony.

The is the worst movie I have ever seen. I read the book and love Nora Roberts. I'm sick to death of directors and producers cutting out important sences in movies because they want to shorten the lenght of the movie. I sat thru 3 hours of Titanic, Gone With The WInd and Harry Potter and enjoyed every second of it. They even cut books into two part movies now. So WHAT"S THE PROBLEM!!

i hate when movie makers take a really great book and destroy it with the movie...almost non of this movie stayed true to the book....all of these scenes are off
