Lifeline Energy designs and manufactures solar and wind-up radios that are used in the Zambian Ministry of Education's Learning at Taonga radio instruction program. Learning at Taonga Market is a radio distance education programme that reaches hundreds of thousands of vulnerable children. The initiative delivers a high quality, basic education based on the Zambian national school curriculum and is broadcast over community radio stations across Zambia.

This short video was taken at Moon City Community School in Lusaka. The community schools teaches grades 1-7 and is just one of 330 learning centers across the country which have helped 900,000 children receive an education.
