  • Is that for just one person?

  • @TheBellaTenenbaum Unlikely. Eat what you need, like anything : )

  • @karenknowler Ok! I mean I could totally devour that whole bowl but I was just wondering! =) Thanks for the reply, I love your videos!

  • @TheBellaTenenbaum Thank you!

  • When I first started watching your videos, I thought - "No way am I taking health advice from a girl who has just turned 20 !" . Then after googling you I found that you're way past that and figured " Wow ! she looks stunning, I'll take advice from someone that healthy !!"

  • @pamelam41 Can't argue with that LOL : )

  • I agree. It should probably be used as a "brunch". It's also to show these meat-eaters that us raw foodists don't sit around munching on dry salads all day. The high calorie content "proves" that it's easy to get enough calories when going raw. It also answers the "where do you get your protein" question.

  • OMG that looks amazing!

  • @allan9874 I guess it would if that's all you ate all day every day. One meal cannot make you fat on its own!

  • wouldnt this make you fat ? so much fat and sugar!

  • @dragateli All of that is true and I have answered this question a LOT - bottom line: Soaking is better but not mandatory.

  • @Nickytailor Hi Nicky, almond milk can be as calorific as you choose to make it. Just use a few almonds for a mild taste and strain for even less calories. Having said that, calories are not a bad thing - you just need to eat enough/not too much to reach/maintain your ideal body weight and if you're eating salads, juices and other high-water content foods the rest if the time then it's highly unlikely the almond milk is going to put you "over the limit"!
