@evanmcorleytv There pvc.

The technique you use, putting the quickmatch in a mortar of a cake won't always work. Especially if it's plugged so I'd put the Quickmatch in between two mortars facing the fuse inside of the cake.
Or just fuse it to the visco.

where can you get the premium fireworks battle of paradise cake?
the mortars that are in the vid, are they abs, or pvc, or custom? if it's tubing, what size is it> 1.5 inch for standard consumer firework shells? and I am VERY familiar with pvc, and it can very well take the pressure, please write back!!!

@evanmcorleytv It is a high density material called HDPE. Those two you mentioned are not good for shooting fireworks. If a shell blows apart in the mortar the ones you mentioned will shatter sending shrapnel all over the place. The HDPE will swell apart but not shatter.

hey dave this next year i am doing 25 1.91" hdpe's in a milk crate, i saw a company online selling them. Has this guy ever had any issues with crates cracking or breaking? Just wondering as many do wood racks for the consumer shells. them not being as powerfull as 1.3 i think the milk crates will be fine. Thanks for another great series of 5* vids..!!!
