Is it possible to turn an institution into a utopia? I think the answer is yes. God bless them. Perhaps dancing is the solution to rehabilitation and correction.

this is all better them them killing and fightin each other, dance is good excerise yes it is. they arent fools. thats good for them to be dancing and keep up wut they do.
