  • The middle-class is being downsized as the communial-socialist and fascist-socialists redistribute the wealth.

  • @mickrussom Wow, talk about getting it completely wrong! Company sells more, smaller, houses at a relatively higher price - capitalism. Banks exert their control over the market to maximise profits - capitalism. NWO Globalists sounds like a Fox News term, but globalisation is an absolute necessity of advanced capitalism - companies have to grow in order to have perceived value, once they've exhausted the American market then they have to move on. You seem to know nothing about your own ideals.

  • @mickrussom How are small houses "communist"? Communism means collective ownership of public land and companies.

Your rant is totally off the mark. These small houses are being developed because of:

    a. the general "green living" movement, which increases the perceived value of the otherwise undesirable house.

    b. the housing bubble which left many new home-buyers (and old) looking for new alternatives.

This is, essentially, a textbook CAPITALIST development in response to market pressures!

  • Really really bad idea in this context.

  • Moronic and a sign of socialism and communism that is now HERE in America. This is a dream? THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. Watch our standard of living go into the toilet as the banking cabals, the oligarchical collectivists and and the NWO Globalists continue to CRUSH the USA, crush the family , and crush our spirit.

  • Depends on your definition of "good" and they addressed your issue of already having houses in this market. They are built closer to the city which people want and smaller which people can afford. I really don't see what's upsetting you about this. Then again this is the internet and people love to complain anonymously.

  • Tearing down perfectly good homes to build expensive (based on price per sq ft) condos/apartments in a market where there are plenty of homes already? What could go wrong!
