A spine-chilling tale from the visionary mind of acclaimed director Terry Gilliam. A young girl (Ferland) lives in a terrifying and gruesome world. After her father (Bridges) takes her away to a rural farmhouse, she finds herself in a bizarre fantasy world where only her dolls' heads keep her company. When she meets a mentally damaged man and a tall ghost-like woman, the line between her imagination and reality quickly disappears

I know this is out of the conversation but I cant trust in webpages that says a movie isnt good, since "Million dollar baby" won the oscar instead of "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" >_<

Yes, thats why I was interested in the film, because of Jodelle and the director Terry. Thank you anyway.

it wasn't a big movie, so when you look at some sites some will say it a 2005 or a 2006 movie. It was limited released, released in canada at the film festival in 2005 didn't make it to the US till 2006 It should be on dvd now. I hunted down the movie cause Jodelle Ferland plays the main character
