Filmed 31/12/09 rolling into 01/01/10, this house was fully involved by the time FRS attended. I believe it was FRS Osborne Park and Joondalup that attended, along with several WA Police vehicles, with a special appearance by the Western Power Emergency Response vehicle and the Osborne Park SET. This was one of three different structure fires within the hour.

  • There was actually a 3rd fire in a restaurant in Hillarys again at the same time. They had to send Dalgish to it.

  • Yep, sounded like the majority/most northern stations were on jobs at the same time at one stage that night :(

  • Ozzy Park and Joondalup for a fire in Hillaries I find a bit odd. I'd have expected Duncraig to have been there first unless they were already at a job.

  • Yes unfortunately with another running structure fire close by both Duncraig and Wangara were already in use.

  • Obviously any house fire is devastating, this is not the 6 O'Clock news, this is raw footage. What other people do or say in the background is up to them, not me. Rest assured though that they are obviously not directly laughing at the devastation.
