  • I sure hope not. But if our healthcare and educational system continues to function at their current rates of inefficiency and escalating costs, who will care for an aging population? Who will pay the costs?  Surely not the dropouts who know make up 1/3 of our youth or the functional illiterates (which includes basic computer literacy) who make up 50% of the current workforce.
