Um yeah...late again but whatev, it's a bit short but the it says everything worth listening too.
We did this exercise in a group of mine where we decided how much certain parts of our lives make up our self esteem/confidence/identity. I was quite pleasantly surprised that my morals/values/beliefs made up a significant part of "who I am"
