Shot this on my short 1-day trip to Agra (India). For the first time I've used my new anamorphic setup:

The Agfa 19/1,5x combined with a CNC custom adapter, some magical grip tape and the fantastic "radioactive" Yashinon-DX 50mm 1:1.7
Shot in 1080/24p

Text by Henry David Thoreau:
Can there not be a government in which majorities do not virtually decide right and wrong, but conscience? Must the citizen ever for a moment, or in the least degree, resign his conscience to the legislator? Why has every man a conscience, then? I think that we should be men first, and subjects afterward. That government is best which governs least.

  • Hi, thanks! It was shot with a 7D and an Agfa anamorphic lens (together with a Yashica 1.7). I think you won't achieve the exact same results, as this video was color corrected in after effects. But actually not that much. Just shoot in superflat and coloring will be a lot easier afterwards.

  • Hey - this is awesome - really love the color tone, very cinematic - what camera were you using for this - I just ordered a pentax 50mm 1.7 for my canon t2i dslr - do you think it should produce same results? and finally what song is this.? Thanks so much - keep inspiring!
